About Our Team & Office Space
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance
Our entire team works from our office location in Aurora, ON
We currently have 5 team members at our agency
Beverage & snack station at the office included (e.g. coffee, tea, water)
We love supporting our local community! e.g. participating in Chamber of Commerce events like the annual Street Festival & Home Show, donating to our local food banks.
Responsibilities:
Answer and distribute all incoming calls into the office
Provide efficient, and exceptional customer service each and every time you interact with a client
Customer claim submissions/ follow-ups with our claims partners
Billing and payment follow-up,
Booking appointments and managing team calendar follow-ups/reminders
preparing packages for mailing
writing customer greeting cards
other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Property & Casualty OTL license (preferred/must obtain within probationary period - 6 months)
OTL license - learn more about this exam through the Insurance Institute of Ontario.
previous sales, customer service or adminstrative experience is an asset
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Proactive in problem-solving
Ability to multi-task
Ability to make presentations to potential customers
Compensation Package highlights:
Salary:
base salary starting at 42,000 during probation
Commissions and base salary increase - available after successful completion of OTL license and probation
Employee benefits ($150/month start after probation)

Paid vacation (starting at 3 weeks/year)

Optional schedule after probation - 9 days on/1 day off [Tu/Wed/Th]
